Campfires are brought indoors in "containers" to warm up the Marquee on those cold nights. Some Sing-Songs go on all night.

Fires were banned inside the Marquees in early 1980s and then shortly thereafter prohibited on the field altogether as a fire hazard.

Guitars and coffee, good company and strong voices make for a Great Sing-Song..
